Corrective Case Prior Work Elsewhere

Before

After
This Area was not the priority.  The Frontal Area is the priority.  Dr. Bolton puts as many hairs as possible into the frontal zone and whatever is left over goes into the crown.

Before

After

This is a complex case as the patient had multiple surgeries prior to Dr. Bolton.

Because there are multiple large scars in the donor area it makes it harder for Dr. Bolton to get the usual amount of hair he would get if a patient didn't have prior surgeries.  Despite the limited donor and the large area in need of transplants, Dr. Bolton was able to get extraordinary results finally for this patient.

This result is truly life changing and we have even more spectacular photos but the patient wants to be unidentifiable so we are limited by what we can show.

He has at least 7 months more of results to come.

UPDATE!

We have over 60 videos/photos of the donor area on our website!

I couldn't resist putting one more.  This is 10 days post-op.  The only evidence that this patient had a "Maxharvest" procedure is some crusts that will shed in the next few days.  The scar is virtually undetectable.  This patient chose FUT and not the FUE because he was able to yield more than twice the hair, will get twice the result (density and yield) and it cost significantly less.  And there is no scar that is apparent.

8 Months Later One Procedure

Patient wants anonymity but nice enough to share this photo at 8 Months

Like most of our patients, our patient travelled in from NY and sent us in the updated photo.

One Year, One Procedure, Follow Up!

Another amazing result from Dr. Brett Bolton
We are a low volume surgery practice getting more one procedure Home Run Results then anywhere else in the world.  Week after week our patients are coming in with results that cannot be duplicated on this consistent basis anywhere else.  If you consider a doctor to do your procedure and he has been doing this ten years and has barely 10 different patients to show you what does that tell you about his body of work?  We have posted over a hundred different patients in just the last two years alone to show you what you can expect on a consistent basis from Dr. Bolton.

Remarkable turnaround in just one session of other doctors work.

Dr. Bolton was able to restore in just one procedure a patient who had multiple procedures elsewhere and had severe scarring in the donor area.   Dr. Bolton was able to fix his previous scarring (reduce significantly so the patient could wear his hair short) and still have enough hair left over to significantly impact the hair line and crown.  Again, Dr. Bolton was able  to do more in ONE procedure then this other doctor could not do in multiple procedures!

Objective: Reduce scarring in donor area, restore naturalness and achieve density and coverage throughout the hair line and crown.

Mission accomplished!

Realize that by the time Dr. Bolton finally gets the opportunity to work on patients who have previous surgeries he is handicapped by the fact that scarring limits the availability of hair harvested.  Dr. Bolton also has to overcome the previous work of the prior doctor.

These after photos are sent in by the patient so we apologize for the lack of matching angles of the before and afters.  Most of our patients are traveling in for the procedure when they see how spectacular the results are.

SMA UPDATE!

This is our patient who helped us  raise over $130,000 for SMA.

You don't have to make a nice contribution to SMA to get this result but it is nice to see a patient who reached out to help another patient's child get such a fantastic result.  This result will continue to improve as it is only 8 months post-operative.  If you would like to have a procedure and donate to SMA please let us know.  It is a win win situation for everybody as we work to find a cure.

One procedure results at 8 Months

No evidence of donor scar even though the procedure is a Maxharvest procedure
