This Patient Had His Procedure Elsewhere at a Discount Doctor's Practice (Not Dr. Bolton's Patient)

This unfortunate patient was lured by a practice that advertises that they are the cheapest practice to have your procedure done. He still paid $6,000. That is a lot of money to get a bad result. His doctor's strategy was to cover his whole head. What they neglected to tell him is that an area that large cannot be filled in one procedure with any consistent density. The doctor failed this patient and left him with a big scar in the donor area and not enough of a result to grow his hair out without looking sparse and unnatural.

Now Contrast the case above with the case below. Both have large areas that need to be filled. Look how Dr. Bolton's strategy was to focus on the frontal zone first so that he can get a substantial result and then 8 months later have the patient return to do the crown.
This way at the very least the patient has a result that is life changing in a positive way. He now has the option to return and transplant into the back area or just enjoy the restoration and enhancement of the frontal hair line. He paid a bit more for his procedure then the young man above but he got a tremendous value because it was done properly.

From the front the patient has an excellent result. The patient has just returned for his second procedure to transplant the crown. You are looking at a picture (below) immediately after Dr. Bolton completed his case.

This enabled Dr. Bolton to put just as much hair in the crown as he put in the frontal hair line. This patient had to have two surgeries if he wanted to cover his entire head from front to back. This is the proper way to approach this case. Dr. Bolton was upfront and honest in explaining that he needed two surgeries to cover the entire area. The patient got tremendous value because the first procedure was a benefit to him that he is enable to enjoy and now it is just a matter of months to he has total coverage to his entire scalp.

Case Study: Why Aldo Chose Dr. Bolton

Aldo as you can see in his video testimonial went to a few different doctors to get their opinions and prices for his hair restoration procedure. This is the choices Aldo had from Clinic A (Dr. Bolton) and Clinic B.

Clinic A (Dr. Bolton)
All the procedures on the Greathairtransplant.com website are the direct result of Dr. Brett Bolton and his staff. The staff is the same and doesn't change.

Clinic B
The photos on the website are a combination of many doctors who have contributed to the gallery over many years. There is no guarantee that the doctor you choose at this clinic has even one of his patients on the site. The turn around on the high volume practices is very high and the chances of having a technician who worked on the case of the best examples presented on the site are very low.

Clinic A (Dr. Bolton)
Dr. Bolton guarantees his patients in Fort Lauderdale that when they have the procedure with him he will not be simultaneously working multiple procedures. This means less discomfort for the patient and staff and that your grafts will have a higher growth rate.

Clinic B
These high volume practices have a large advertising budget and have to bring in a lot of revenue to offset the costs of fancy offices, high salaries for CEO's, and other high costs. They have to do many surgeries per day to make a profit. Aldo was not interested in being one of ten surgeries for the day.

Clinic A (Dr. Bolton)
Aldo liked the fact that for a fixed price, Dr. Bolton would move as many hairs as possible in one procedure. Aldo also liked the fact that Dr. Bolton doesn't average 2 hairs per graft like all the follicular unit doctors. Dr. Bolton would average over 5 hairs per graft thus enabling Aldo do get more then double the density that would be possible with Clinic B and any other doctor who does follicular unit transplants(99% of all doctors doing hair transplants). Aldo realized that most doctors charge by the graft and they have a financial incentive to keep breaking the grafts down smaller and smaller because it maximizes their revenue without giving you more hair. Imagine someone trying to sell you a 14 inch diameter pizza with 16 slices instead of 8 slices. Would you pay double for that pizza? Of course not. Dr. Bolton will put micro grafts in the frontal hair line and the larger grafts for density behind the hair line.

Clinic B
Aldo was advised he needed 4,000 grafts at $4 per graft. $16,000 for one procedure and they said he would have to come back another time or two to get complete coverage. Aldo realized that he would get more grafts but less hair and didn't want to lose the inherent density his type of hair quality possessed. Aldo would have been on the hook for over $48,000 and his results would have taken him years to get and he still would have fallen short of what Dr. Bolton was able to achieve in just one session.

Clinic A (Dr. Bolton)
Dr. Bolton gives a fixed price and doesn't add any other additional costs to the procedure.

Clinic B
Aldo was told there was an additional charge for a post-operative package of products that he could buy in the drugstore for $75 and they were charging $750. They also wanted to sign him up for laser treatments and offered his wife a discount on Botox.

Needless to say Aldo is pretty happy with his choice. It is hard to believe anyone else wouldn't make the same choice.
