Thanks for all the requests I have been getting to continue the blog.
This is labor intensive and due to the huge amount of surgical requests Dr. Bolton gets I have neglected to take the time to post Dr. Bolton's latest results. I have a huge cachet of results in my phone and will start posting some updates as time permits.
