THIS IS A MAXHARVEST PROCEDURE WHICH IS 30 CM X 1 CM OF TISSUE. WHICH FOR AN AVERAGE DENSITY PATIENT WILL YIELD 6,000 HAIRS.  THAT IS ENOUGH TO COVER USUALLY TWO AREAS OF LOSS.  GENERALLY, THERE ARE THREE AREAS AND SOMETIMES EVEN FOUR AREAS OF LOSS.  THE FRONT, MIDDLE, CROWN (BACK), AND POSSIBLY A FOURTH AREA OPENS UP BEHIND THE CROWN AND EXTENDS TOWARDS THE NECK.  THIS PATIENT HAS GREAT RESULTS AND HAS RETURNED FOR HIS SECOND PROCEDURE.  THE STRATEGY ON THE SECOND PROCEDURE IS TO FOCUS ON THE CROWN, AND SAVE ABOUT 20% OF THE FOLLICLES TO HIT THE FRONTAL AREA ONE MORE TIME FOR EVEN GREATER DENSITY.  SOME PATIENTS, IF THEIR DONOR AND BUDGET ALLOW, CAN COVER THE ENTIRE SCALP FROM FRONT TO BACK.  THAT IS DR. BOLTON'S MAXHARVEST PLUS.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uakOpaKiqQo
